 I discovered Grand Lake in 1996 with a family camping trip to Rocky Mountain National Park area. My young family (at the time) fell in love, in fact, so much, we bought our first cabin at south end of Shadow Mountain Lake. We outgrew it in less 6 months with our weekend adventures snowmobiling, hiking and waterskiing so we bought a bigger one... we outgrew that when he and his wife decided to move to the mountains full time in late 2002. I began building full time in 2003 and built 7 homes over the next 5 years. My homes were all custom designs for the unique lots and I wore all the hats (design, banking, General Contracting and of course, SALES). The product was very successful in the market place as these were GREEN homes before they became the rage and I actually had the first Built Green Certified Home to be featured in the WP-Fraser Parade of Homes back in 2006 (Lakota). I have also remodeled several Beaver Village units, updating these 30 year old condos to be more vibrant and functional in today?s market I spend my free time during the ski season associated with competitive Alpine Racing. Summers I like to camp, golf and be outdoors in the beautiful Rockies. My wife and I love to travel. In 2008 I took my daughter on an extended tour of Ireland, Yorkshire & London England and back to my Czech roots in and around Prague. My wife and I recently celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary in Italy where we saw Capri, Pompeii, Tuscany, Rome & Venice. Among my strengths are my construction background combined with over 20 years of ?business to business? sales.
