A "semi-native" of Colorado, Will graduated from University of Colorado, Boulder, in 1988, with a degree in Business Management and Information Systems. He began his IT career at JD Edwards, a startup company which later became the international "high tech success story". After his development, consulting and training tenure with JD Edwards and several other high tech companies, Will's entrepreneurial spirit inspired him to form his own software consulting firm, Enterprise Management Solutions, Inc, which successfully operated in the Information Technology field all over the US market for over a decade.

Will's love affair with real estate began in 1990 when he purchased his first home, a restored 1890 two-story Victorian in the heart of Denver. He continued acquiring income producing properties in Denver and started a new company focusing on property acquisition, management, and development. In 2002, he realized his dream of "owning a piece of the paradise" by buying a vacation home on Lake Granby near the Rocky Mountain National Park. This investment has led him to building and operating a vacation rental management business in Grand County. Currently, Grand Escapes rents out properties from Winter Park to Grand Lake and brings many vacationers to the Rockies.

Will also has been involved with Home Owners Associations (HOAs) management and legal issues for the past 7 years and is currently serving on the board of directors of HOAs as President and Secretary.

Avid skiers, sailors, and outdoor adventurers, Will and his wife, Brandi, also a Realtor with Century 21, decided to move to Grand County full time in the summer of 2007 to pursue an active life style and raise their newly born son amidst the splendor of the Rockies.
