As the daughter of the oldest practicing architect in Colorado and a successful commercial realtor, I learned to love real estate from an early age, and from many points of view. Spending summers at the Grand Lake Lodge, fishing on Lake Granby, and learning to ski at Winter Park at age six, I developed a connection to Grand County that has never waned. With a BA in Communications from the University of Texas, I made my way to Hollywood and the television industry to produce shows that made a difference. I returned to Denver in 2000 obsessed with HGTV's real estate make-over and sales shows, and worked at my father's architectural firm while securing my real estate license. Knowing that I could utilize my marketing and media background, I spearheaded numerous community fundraisers, open house city wide events, and was featured on the local Denver news for creative real estate marketing. The next day I woke up as a successful realtor working for Coldwell Banker in Cherry Creek, married and pregnant . Craving a simpler life and a good place to raise our son, my husband and I bought a second home in Grand County, and a few years later, we made the move full time, and have never looked back. After working in new development sales for Grand Park and Granby Ranch for several years, I joined the Century 21 Winter Park team.I pride myself on my communication skills and my ability to work with my clients to reach their immediate and long term real estate goals. Not into high pressure sales, my focus is to create long term relationships and have some fun. I listen to my clients, am forthcoming with all information about the area, work hard to create unique ways to market your home, and show buyers only properties that meet your needs.Everyone has a story of how they found Grand County, I look forward to hearing yours. For more helpful information, feel free to visit my website: http://www.winterparktograndlake.com/
