 Dan Cheek became the CENTURY 21® franchisee for Winter Park and Grand Lake CO on Feb 26th, 2008. Dan and his wife Leah vacationed in Winter Park for more than 20 years which helped them decide to move permanently in the fall of 2006 and enjoy Grand County year round. Quality of life for their four children was the primary motivator in their decision to move, and they happily state their high expectations have been exceeded.
